Happy Healthy Heidi!


On 6/15/09 I went on a weight loss journey to find a happier and healthier Heidi. I found her and she's here to stay! Part 2 was running. This was conquered on 10/2/11 when I became a Marathoner. Now, part 3. I'm becoming a triathlete (swim, bike, run) and getting stronger. This is me, living life in the fast lane. LONG WEEKEND!

I am so super happy about this. 

Aside from cleaning, groceries, a dump run, school work and of course running all the miles we have no real plans or places to be.  I am going to be busting ass tomorrow to get stuff done so I can TRY to have two FULL days of peace and relaxation!

It’s been a pretty good week.  No real complaints.  We booked our trip (YAY!) AND I found out today that Katy & Jeff booked their trip too =)  That makes it so much more official!  I. CAN. NOT. WAIT! 

I’ve been thinking of changing my eating style and testing out a paleo-ish diet. I need to actually learn a little bit about it, but it seems like people that have gone in that direction have seen positive results.  I want positive results….  

Anyway, no ambition to do much more tonight.  Got home a little while ago from W6D3 with the running group.  We covered 2.89 miles.  Very cool.  Dinner is done.  I think I’ll cuddle up with hubby and watch TV.  He’s been feeling neglected lately.  Boys.
