Happy Healthy Heidi!


On 6/15/09 I went on a weight loss journey to find a happier and healthier Heidi. I found her and she's here to stay! Part 2 was running. This was conquered on 10/2/11 when I became a Marathoner. Now, part 3. I'm becoming a triathlete (swim, bike, run) and getting stronger. This is me, living life in the fast lane. I did not get stronger tonight.

Not even close.

I ran one mile in 10:00. I had a side stitch for half of it. Not cool.

It doesn’t pay to have a late dinner (brinner actually) and then try to workout 5-10 minutes later.

Oh well. There’s always tomorrow.
