Happy Healthy Heidi!


On 6/15/09 I went on a weight loss journey to find a happier and healthier Heidi. I found her and she's here to stay! Part 2 was running. This was conquered on 10/2/11 when I became a Marathoner. Now, part 3. I'm becoming a triathlete (swim, bike, run) and getting stronger. This is me, living life in the fast lane. 18:31 for my mile today.

Feeling slightly better, but taking it slow and easy. I feel like I need to be moving around. I’m not good at sitting, resting and relaxing.
