Happy Healthy Heidi!


On 6/15/09 I went on a weight loss journey to find a happier and healthier Heidi. I found her and she's here to stay! Part 2 was running. This was conquered on 10/2/11 when I became a Marathoner. Now, part 3. I'm becoming a triathlete (swim, bike, run) and getting stronger. This is me, living life in the fast lane. While sitting down, lift your right foot off the floor and rotate it in clockwise circles. Now while doing this, draw the number “6” in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction, and there is nothing you can do about it.

This kinda blew my mind.

This blew my mind too. And I tried it like six times before giving up and facing the fact I wasn’t going to win the battle.
