Goes to Cortney (happilyconfused). She ran a 5.2k this past weekend and did an awesome job. I am so proud of her for sticking with and completing the C25K program (and jumping into the race). I can’t wait to see her smiling, bubbly face in just a few weeks! EEK!

So, tonight is WIM. I was REALLY hoping to break 130. I was so close last week with 130.7. So, drumroll please…. LW: 130.7, CW: 131.2; Gain: .5 lbs. Yup, no luck on reaching the 120’s. I’m not discouraged though. I know I’m doing everything right and my time will come.

And I’m in a CRAZY fabulous mood! Not sure why, but I’[ll take it any day of the week!
I’m looking forward to WIM tonight (even if I did eat an ENTIRE pint of Ben & Jerry’s last night). I was over my calories by 1200… BUT was under the day before by 1100. My net over for the entire week was only 39. Not too shabby.

I found that I REALLY enjoyed and...

2 LONG freakin’ hours on the elliptical. Thank you all for your support and encouraging words that I was NOT “cheating”.
I must say, I feel pretty flippin’ great right now (aside from the ridiculous cough - glad I didn’t run outside!)! Over 1100 calories burned. 9.77 miles “elliptical-ed” (based on revolutions… so who knows how accurate this...

Hubbys mend-a-body experience is over. He lasted 1 and 3/4 days. I don’t think I could have made it through 1. He’s 6’1 and currently weighs 250. He ate about 250-350 calories yesterday total. I am not even sure that’s healthy. Tonight he was so hungry when supper came he just said “forget it”.

Hubby: How are you feeling this morning?
Me: Great.
Hubby: Going for your run?
Me: I don't know. Don't think so, it is only 2 degrees outside.

Week 7 - Repeat
Due to the glitches of last week I decided to repeat week 7 of half marathon training. Tonight was intervals. 9 - six minute runs with 8 - three minute walk/jogs in between.
