I used to weigh myself daily. Then I switched to weekly. I track it in an excel spreadsheet and write a blog post about where I’m at on the day I weigh in. Here’s where I currently am, and where I’ve been over the last 2.5 years.
CW: 1/22/12 = 133.4 (76.9 lbs lost)
1/1/12 = 138.2 = (72.1 lbs lost)
6/13/11 = 128.1 = Two years!!! (82.2 lbs lost)
1/3/11 = 134.3 = (76 lbs lost)
6/14/10 - 134.7 = One year!!! (75.6 lbs lost)
1/4/10 - 151.7 = (58.6 lbs lost)
6/15/09 - 210.3 = Journey has begun!!!
