Happy Healthy Heidi!


On 6/15/09 I went on a weight loss journey to find a happier and healthier Heidi. I found her and she's here to stay! Part 2 was running. This was conquered on 10/2/11 when I became a Marathoner. Now, part 3. I'm becoming a triathlete (swim, bike, run) and getting stronger. This is me, living life in the fast lane. Started running with Couch 2 5K!  Amazing!

First Full Marathon - 10/2/11 = 4:58:46 = 11:26 pace

Third Half Marathon - 9/25/11 = 2:33:54 (paced a friend)

Second Half Marathon - 5/7/11 = 2:16:25 = 10:25 pace

First Half Marathon - 2/20/11 = 2:24:12 = 11:01 pace

First 10K - 10/2/10 = 1:11:01 = 11:26 pace

Fourth 5K - 9/11/11 = 29:56 = 9:39 pace

Third 5K - 6/11/11 = 28:15 = 9:06 pace
